How Long Will The Reports Show A Positive Result For Typhoid?
female,age 27.i am suffering from typhoid from last 12 days . now my fever is normal. i am taking antibiotic medicine as prescribed by doctor. yesterday i underwent widal test, tested positive. how long will reports show positive? any serious issue ?

Widal test is diagnostic as well as prognostic tests available. It will clear up once the bacteria Salmonella typhi clears from the system. So once your antibiotics kill all the bacteria widal test becomes negative.
