How Long Will The Recurring Inflammations Take To Cure?

I have severe inflammation every 2-3 days - one patch or two at a time. Starts like a small itchy patch on arms or legs or inside cheek or tongue or feet or plams and swells up and after having cetrizine, takes 2 days to subside. Some have termed it as Vit a toxicity.I was given Acutret for rash which had been there for 10-15 days. I took it for 1.5 months and developed serious skin issues n stopped taking it. How long will this last?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi, going by your history, you seem to have occasional urticarial lesions, it presents as evanescent wheals like the one you appear to be having. It isnot a manifestation of Vitamin A toxicity and acutret isnot the treatment for the same.
I will adv you to take tab Levocetrizine 5 mg at bedtime daily (regardless of the lesions) and apply dermocalm lotion locally on the lesions twice daily, if they appear.
Review once after 15 days.
Take care
