Welcome to health care magic.

1.Its normal finding after a surgery to the scrotum.
2.The swelling may be there for over two weeks to come to normal if the healing went well.
3.Regular dressing should be done in aseptic condition and good antibiotic course.
4.Maintain local hygiene, do not disturb the post operative site or scratch or press - as it may complicate and delay in healing process.
5.For one day you don't have to worry at all it take good time compare to other areas surgery. good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
