How Long To Wait After Cardiac Catheterization To Have Sex?

How long to wait after cardiac catherization to have sex, had one stent and one balloon procedure on thursday 1-23-14, and how long do i wait to drive, nurses at hospital had no answers, told me to call dr and it was 4pm on friday when discharged, dr office was closed

The exact time of resuming sexual activity is dependent upon the indication of stenting and ejection fraction of your heart.
In those with normal pumping of heart and without any heart attack it can be started early but for those with heart attack and low pumping it may take up to 6-8 weeks.
Your cardiologist is the best judge.
