General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there I have read through your question and I am sorry to hear about your loss. The ideal time for planning your next baby completely depends on when you become mentally and physically prepared for it. Since you recently had a miscarriage and must have lost a lot of blood it will take your body atleast six months to recover from it. Also the mental trauma associated with it has to be taken into consideration. However whenever you feel mentally and physically ready to conceive is the best time for you. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
