How Long Should Udiliv Be Taken?

Sir, I am suffering from gastric. During ultrasound, it was noticed that my liver is fatty liver too. Even after taking gas medicine, no result yielded. So, doctor has advised to take udiliv 300 twice a day and silli crez twice a day for three months. I am taking that medicine for that last one month. I also feel chest pain and hand/arm pain. How long should I take this medicine to get rid of fatty liver disease so that gas can be controlled. Your kind advise please.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You have to take Udiliv for long duration, probably for two to three years. Fatty liver disease can not be cured but controlled.
Strictly avoid alcohol consumption ad it can worsen the liver function and may lead to end stage liver disease.
Avoid oily foods too.

Hope I have answered your query.
