How Long Should I Take Dr. Tea To Lose Weight?

Hi DR, Since 1month I'm usng Dr.Tea and even half mg also I did'nt lose my weight,my current weight is 76kg and my heigh is 5.3.Just I want to check is there any chance to reduce my weigh nd how long it take time by using Dr.Tea I can reduce my weight ,Pls help me I'm very very upset.

Dear patient,
Products like Dr. Tea or hebalife milk shakes are ayurvedic/ naturopathy products which aid youe efforts to lose weight. You cannot use them or expect them to work like mainstream weight loss measures. The only and the best sureshot way to lose weight is healthy balanced diet and exercise. Along with these two, you will find your Dr. Tea working, irrespective of what is claimed in advertisement. For you, I would like to advice:
1. Please have small multiple meals, small meaning solids around 150-200gms or liquids about 200ml, every 1.5-2 hours.
2. Dont eat big 3 square meals with long gaps. In each long gap, the body goes in fasting mode and stores everything as fats. By frequent eating, body metabolism works like engine and burns everything.
3. Avoid carbohydrates like sugar, rice, wheat, potatoes, colocasia which only give calories. Use complex fortified carbs like multigrain flour, fruits, dry fruits which also give you fibres, vitamins and minerals.
4. Prefer a high protein diet, inclusive of both animal and vegetarian proteins.
5. Exercise 5 times a week for 30 mins, rigourous enough to make u sweat and hard of breath. Any cardio exercise would do. Avoid liftingweights/ resistence exercises.
