How Long Is Clexane Advisable After A Surgery?

How long should I be taking clexane for after surgery I snapped my fibula and dislocated my foot snapping my ligaments got ligaments screwed back in place and plate to hold ankle in place and then fibula pinned to my tibia I ve been taking the injections 3 weeks I ve only two injections left would I be okay for a few days without them until I get more thank you for you re time

Yes, it would be Ok if you dont have other risk factors for deep vein thrombosis. Also, I dont think it is require to take clexane for so long if there is just fibula fracture and you walk with crutches. But for further actions you should consult your doctor who prescribed it.
