Hello and welcome to HCM,
Viral meningitis and viral pericarditis have to be managed with anti-viral drugs.
Exhaustion and sleepiness is expected since viral meningitis can affect the brain functions.
Pain has to be managed with pain killers.
In case there are other associated symptoms like fever. that has also to be managed with ante-pyretics.
Thus, the management has to be supportive.
Stay in touch with your physician for prescription of medication and regular follow up.

Thanks and take care
