yes please,



I smoked 18 days ago and need to pass an urine test tmr. I have been drinking a lot of water and green tea. I havent worked out to much tho but, I sweat a lot doing yard/house work etc..I just havent been running on a regular basis. If you can help that would be great bc I have PTI tmr.

Water won't help a bit. The half life of the measured breakdown product (cotinin) is about 17 hrs. So, the level goes down about 10 fold every 3 days... that's nearly 1 ten thousanth level , certainly enough to be below the critical level. There are over the counter testers to confrim.
