How Long Does Pleurisy Take To Get Cured?

I have been diagnosed with pluracey 3weeks ago ,iam on naproxin and pain killers . It takes a few hours in the morning for the tablets to work i feel better in the afternoon i am due to start my job as a phlebotomist on monday am i ok to start back to work ?

pleurisy is reaction to tuber cular antigen. matouxtest should be done and generally it is positive clinically it icanbe diagnosed by percussion and finding effusion level. it can be aspirated complete anti tubercular treatment is to be given it will take at least one year. dot treatment canbe given which will will take less time. itis to be treated with inh pass ethambutol and rifampicin.and pyrizinamide.
