How Long Does Pain Due To Pneumonia Shot Last?
I got a pnenamia shot in my arm on Tuesday . I have been back to the doctor and to the hospital for an ultra sound due to servers pain. To the point of crying and waking me at night. I was given hydro codeine and it still hurts. How long can I expect to be in pain

The pain should not last beyond 4 to 5 days. It is possible that there is inflammation of the underlying muscle which is causing the pain.
The use of anti inflammatory pain killers may help. This includes medications such as: naproxen, ibuprofen, celebrex etc.
Since these are in a different family from the hydrocodeine, can be used together.
