How Long Does Pain Due To Bruised Ribs Take To Subside?
Hello. I fell on my ribs about a week or so ago and I m pretty sure I bruised them. The pain is getting worse and worse. Will it get better after getting worse? I haven t iced it yet and I have been lifting and working (my job involves alot of digging holes and manual labor)

Here you have history of fall down on your ribs ...
According to complaint there could be rib fractures also ....
So rule out it by chest x ray of local part...
If fracture there than compression bandage required ....
Meanwhile avoid movenent that causing pain...
Avoid strenous work ....
Take rest ....
Ibuprofen tablet can be taken 200 mg BD for five days ....
Advise : consult orthopedic surgeon...
