Hello Dr s My name is Debbie I am taking a blood test for insurance tomorrow day six no smoking I stopped smoking period !!!!!!!!cold turkey !!!!!!!! Employees We re given including my self a week s notice of this test aka surprise blood test required for my position I stopped smoking a year ago and my father had cancer need I go any further stress grief led me back to that bad !!! Crutch so with that being said I stopped five days ago on sixth day tomorrow going to have blood drawn I Read on several sites that nicotine leaves the body three four days but I have been reading about this cotinone and that remains in body for months i am not a heavy smoker just a nervous one in some of the articles I have read there are products to flush that out if the body I cannot fail this job my employment is contingent on a positive blood results as a non smoker I m begging please advise please I need advise
