How Long Does Milk Of Magnesia Take To Be Effective?

I have been constipated for about three days now. I took a large dose of Milk of Magnesia about an hour ago and started throwing up after like 15 minutes of taking it. I don t know if it s from the laxative or what? I feel light headed and my stomach keeps growing and gurgling. No bowl movement though. But, I don t feel like throwing up again. How long before it works, if it s going to? Should I be concerned about it? I also take pain medication for a serious problem, but that s not new. I have really been pushing fluids and grains as well. It has always worked fine before. Why would it not now?

can take more water and vegitable rich in fiber. donot take cremaffin in large dose. cantake isof gull soaked in water at bedtime. go for life style change. morning walk for one hour.
