General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

With proper rest and physiotherapy it will take six to eight weeks for complete recovery. Consult a spine surgeon for expert opinion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family physician
