Hi welcome to HCM.
Swelling in the area of graft removal can persist for a period of 1-2 weeks at maximum. The pain can be alleviated through daily dressing with antiseptics and povidone iodine.Precautions should be taken to prevent infection of the site.Intake of vitamin c can help in rapid wound healing.Breast pain will subside on itself.Consult your cardiologist for further care.
Thank you
