How Long Does Alprazolam Stay In Body?
I took 2 one mg alprazolam tablets one day ago that my wife got from her friend to try to calm down my mood swings while I wait for an answer about my dream job. I just heard this may stay in your urine for some time. My wife feels horrible about this,is this true? I'm so glad my wife just left for work so she doesn't sit and watch me cry.

thanks for sharing ur concern.
since alprazolam is metabolised by liver so it is less likey to stay in ur urine and upper limit of dose is 1 mg and u have taken 2 mg so a small un metabolized portion may appear in urine .
it shall be cleared within 24 hrs from ur urine if found.
