How Long Can Black Seed Oil Be Used For Relief From Backaches?

I AM TAKING BLACK SEED OIL AND IT HAS REALLY HELPED ME WITH MY BACK PAINS DUE TO SYNOSIS, I BELIVE IAM SAYING IT INCORRECTLY BUT I HAVE A BONE PRESSING AGAINST ANOTHER BONE IN MY BACK AND WITH EXERCISE AND THE BLACK SEED OIL MY PAIN HAS SUBSIDED. SHOULD I CONTINUE TO USE IT AND FOR HOW LONG SHOULD I USE IT

There are no long-term studies in Homeopathy or Ayurveda for use of such black seed oil in backache cases, and hence this becomes an individual case, where you can consider to consume the same for certain period of times if there are no side effects from the same.
