How Long Can I Take Zyrtec For Runny Nose And Hearing Loss?
I was recommended by a physician assistant to take zyrtec (10 mg) or other antihistamine to clear up nasal sinus drainage that was affecting my hearing. I took zyrtec and found this was very helpful. Now i wonder how long I can continue using zyrtec. i am 79 and have allergies. Thanks.

Hi,
You can not use the nasal decongestant for a long time. Once the symptom is gone then you suppose to stop using it.
If the symptom appears again still you have to consult the doctor whether to the user it or not, 7 to 10 days is the period you can use this.
