How Long Before Having Sex Should Desogestrel Be Taken?
Hi. I take the progesterone-only mini-pill (desogestrel) & have been doing so for about 3 months. I was wondering how long I must wait each morning before having sex? I had sex within half an hour yesterday and I am wondering whether this means I need to take emergency contraception.

If you are taking DESOGESTREL daily and that too for past three months regularly,then There is no need to take emergency contraceptive pill because DESOGETREL in itself is a contraceptive pill.
You must take this pill regularly and at same time everyday.
