How Long Before A Long Haul Does Clexane Injection Be Taken?
we are about to fly 1a 4 hr long haul. My husband has a DVT history, also prostate cancer. He has Clexane and also takes an aspro a day. How long before a long haul does he inject the Clexane, and how long does it last? 20ml is his pack dose. Would one every 24 hours cover 4 planes and 33 hours to destination in Rwanda?

Clexane injection contains the active ingredient enoxaparin, which is a type of medicine called a low molecular weight heparin. It is used to stop blood clots forming within the blood vessels. inj clexane is given twice a day and effect of one injection remains for 12 hours. thus you can divide the accordingly
