0.6 mg is about a tenth of the lowest drug. Allergic reactions are theoretically possible. The effects of an intravenous drug are both very fast and hit their peak effect very fast (at most minutes). The peak goes lower rapidly and the fatality is unlikely to start with a DECLINING amount in the system.

Heroin detection depends on many factors especially how closely you are looking for it. Hair tests would be positive for the length of the hair (until the part that grew when using is cut off). Blood levels rapidly decline over a day or so. Urine levels generally take about 5 days to become negative.
