After knee replacement, you have not inform both the knee or one knee operated. For recovery from stiffness and soreness physiotherapy is the best way for recovery. Walking is the next thing to be regularly done. It takes 2 to 3 months and some time more. With another MRI the surgeon who operated can be consulted.
