normal blood pressure ranges to-120/80+ or -10 mmHg.
There may be diurnal variations.Blood pressure measured after excercise or after eating will be high .
U have not mentioned your age.Blood pressure is usually high in old age and may be near 140/90mmHg.
You have to consult your doctor for this increased blood pressure.Its not to worry about.Some medicines and bit of precautions and you will be fine.
