How Is Ear Lobe Swelling With Pus Treated?

I stretched my ears from 8g to a 6g Wednesday, they stretched and were healing fine till the next morning. My right lobe got yanked and its now swollen and slightly red. I have not seen it bleed and only minimal amount of puss come out along with there being "crusties" that formed on the jewelry. Should I take out, downsize, or keep the jewelry in.

Hi Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum .
You should take out 6g till the swelling , redness & infection subsides because blood supply is compromised . Apply antibiotic + steroid ointment , clean with antiseptic solution . Once infection subsides you can gradually increase .
Hope this information helpful to you, take care and have a nice day.
