How High Would Your BP Need To Be In Order To Get A Heart Attack ?
How high would your blood pressure need to be in order to get a heart attack ? I have a high blood and it reached 201/ 119 a couple of minutes ago, anyone have any suggestions on what I should do.

Your blood pressure does not HAVE to be high to have a heart attack. There is no specific number. In YOUR case i would be more worried about a stroke!! You need to see a doctor to get your BP under control. Another good idea is a heart healthy diet and exercise.
