Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can continue all the medicines prescribed by your physician. Most of the cases improves even without treatment. Do an LFT(liver function test) to assess the progress. As of now drink plenty of water and take adequate bed rest. If in case of any symptoms like abdominal pain or fever do an ultrasound abdomen also.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
