How Effective Is Hetrazan For Bilateral Varicocele In Scrotum?
Hello Doctor,
I am a 36 years old male, 5.7 ft, appx. 75 Kgs and no significant medical history. I have been diagnosed with bilateral varicocele in my scrotum and I have been having it for almost a year now, a small mass above my right testicle is more easily seen and felt and it is sometimes painful. I have been prescribed a course of Hetrazan. In what way will it be helpful? Will it resolve the problem totally or will I have to undergo surgery in the future? Thank you.

Hetrazan used for lymphatic disease by filariasis...
You have varicole which should be treated as it can damage testes and affect sperm production...
Radiographic obliteration like treatment available...
The surgery is also easy with handy person.
In surgery vein are tied to prevent abnormal blood flow to testes ...testicular artery preserved....Inguinal approach for surgery used....
