How Effective Is Follihair For Hair Growth? Does It Have Side Effects?
Hi,
I am 26 yrs old female. My height is 5'5in and I weight 62kgs. I have no hair fall and my hair growth is also decent .however the texture of my hair is not good my hair are very thin and scanty also they get tangled very fast even after the use of the conditioner thus I am considering to take follihair .Thus Iwanted to know would follihair help and if it has any side effect.

Follihair tablets are basically hair supplements and contain multiple ingredients like Biotin, Iron, Calcium pantothenate etc. They are helpful in controlling hair fall and help to restore good hair health.
However they need to be taken for at least 4-6 months at a stretch. The action is slow, therefore don't expect immediate results. It is advisable to take them for a good 1-2 months to judge whether they are going to be effective Or not.
