How Effective Is Plexus With Chromium In Losing Weight?

I started using Plexus with chrominm in it to lose weight. My blood work readings are changing as it relates to my Kidneys.GFR is down ( pts. to 37.82 Creatitin is 1.8 Bun at 22 i have HBP. Should I stop using the plexus? My sugar however has dropped from 99 to89
