How Effective Are Himalaya Cystone Tablets In Preventing Kidney Stones?

HI I have been suffering from kidney stones for last 10 years. In past i got kidney stone out through laser. But they are coming back. At the moment i have 2 kidney stones: 6 mm in left and 4.5 mm in right kidney. Blood test and Kidney function are normal. I have heard about Himalaya Cystone tablets. Do you think its worth trying them.
