How Effective Are Alivher And Progynova In The Thickening Of Endometrium Lining?

Hi, I am undergoing IVF treatment and my embryos are frozen. On my 9th day the endometrium thickness was 5.9 mm. I was asked to take progynova orally and alivher internally. Now the dose is aliver es and 3 progynova 3 times instead of 2 tablets 3 times a day. How effective will this be in the thickening of endometrium lining. I am currently 36 years old. Please give some inputs on how the lining thickens during a cycle.
