How Early Can HIV Infection Be Diagnosed After Possible Exposure?

Hi... I hv exposure 85 days ago... I had test at 44 days post exposure, 46 days, 60 days, 75 days, and 85 days post exposure.. all are came neagtive... Should i consider my test negative.. or i need to further testing... I dnt have any other disease related to cancer and i was not on PrEp..
