How Does Workaholism Affect One S Health?

Hello I am currently working 2 full time jobs. 1st one starts at 3-11 and then 130am-8 or 9am. I sleep usually from 930-10am to 2pm everyday with a nap from 1130-1230am before my second job. The first job is in a Brewery so there is not a lot of manual labor and the second is at Purolator courier aand it involves a lot of lifting and fast paced. I want to know what the health risks are in what I am doing and how I could maintain continuing working both. Thank you Steve

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

From you above mentioned routine and your workload, I would like to suggest you to take a proper 6 hour sleep. Your body needs that much hours of sleep to revive its functions and work efficiently. Along with sleep, you need to consume good amount of green leafy vegetable, fruits and keep yourself hydrated. Even if it is not causing any health issues now, this could cause trouble later. Take some good amount of rest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
