In almost all cases, dental extraction is done as an out-patient procedure, under Local anesthesia (which does not cause drowsiness/sleep) and therefore does NOT require IV drip to sedate you ( make you sleep ). Under the circumstances, there is no requirement of stopping Adderall as it does not interact with local anesthetic agent. Even otherwise, the dose of general anesthesia is given so as to produce a certain level of unconsciousness. In those taking Adderall, a little extra dose of anesthetic agent would be required.
