How Does Benforce-m And Familon Work?
hi this is natalia, i had 6 months of irregular cycle.............. i consulted a doctor, she asked me to take benforce-m twice a day on fifth day of cycle she asked me to take familon along with benforce-m........... so how does this medicine going to help me????????????? will i face any problem after marriage?

Tab Benforce-M (Alpha-lipoic acid 200 MG+Metformin 500 MG) is given in Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) as Insulin resistance is seen in a
significant subset of women with PCOS.
Metformin increases tissue sensitivity to insulin. In obese women with PCOS, weight loss or treatment with insulin-sensitizing drugs often restores normal menses.
Most nonobese women with PCOS are also insulin-resistant, suggesting that insulin resistance, hyperinsulinemia, or the combination of the two are causative or contribute to the ovarian pathophysiology in PCOS in both obese and lean individuals Alpha-lipoic acid A is an antioxidant and its precise role is uncertain.
Tablet Femilon (Desogestrel 0.15 mg + Ethinyl Estradiol 0.02 mg) is oral contraceptive.
