How Does Tramadol Affect Motor Function In The Body?

I am a police officer and just recieved search warrant provided blood results from a suspect in a DUI accident. The suspect had a blood Ethanol level of .20g/100 ml and Tramadol .60 mg/L My question is, is this a regular level of theraputic use for Tramadol, and how will motor function be affected by adding this to the alcohol?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, detecting the Ethanol in blood system does not give any clue as long as the clinical symptoms and pathologies are concern, and for the query you separate test need to be done if it is the Ethanol test then for the Tramadol separate test needs to be done even though it may not show for sure the therapeutic level and drug taken by person hope this information helps.
