Hi and thank you for asking.

Deriphyllin is a combination of Theophyllin and Etophylline and is used for asthma and other respiratory diseases.
According to the history your lung fibrosis is due to systemic sclerosis and arthritis. Deriphyllin can help in your breathing but not in the cough. For the cough you can try mucolotics as Trebon 600 once per day and drink a lot of water.
The main treatment for the fibrosis in your situation is the treatment of the systemic sclerosis and arthritis as the rhehumatologist advice.

So good luck

Thank you
