Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Hoarseness of voice may be due to viral larygitis , epiglottis , vocal cord palsy or nodules etc. In some patients it is idiopathic, need to be evaluated. Take vocal cord rest,. use soothing like water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.
Avoid smoking and alcohol.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
