How Do I Lose Weight?

I've been off meth for four months now quit that as well as cigarettes and I can't seem to lose the weight I am not sure what vitamins help I've been taking spirulina chlorella and b12 bit it's lot helping with curbing my appetite I've heard about 5 htp does it work

I am so sorry to hear about this difficulty getting your weight under control. Quitting cigarette and meth would most likely lead to some weight gain issues. However, you have to keep your appetite under check because if you should keep eating more than the body needs, the rest would accumulate in the form of excess weight. The way to go is not always drugs but rather a better way of controlling how much we take in as well as being more active to burn and send away some excess calories that would have otherwise accumulated as excess weight. If this should prove difficult doing it all by yourself, please, talk to a dietitian who can walk you through this.
