How Do I Control Sexual Urge When Drunk?

I got drunk last night and got on the bus. I wasn't even thinking and I stroked the face of the bus driver. He starting giving out and when I got off the bus he asked me If I was ok. I apologised profusely and today I feel extremely bad about it.
I guess my question is, how do I control sexual urges when drunk?

Alcohol takes away component of control by default. even then control can be achieved by avoiding similar situation in future
