Here are some ways you can help revive and increase your metabolism.

1) Make sure you eat breakfast.
2) Eat the majority of your food earlier in the day.
3) Don’t starve.
4) Eat smaller meals more frequently.
5) Get enough aerobic exercise.
6) Build muscle with weight training or resistance exercise.
7) Drink more 2 to 3 liters of Water per day.
8) Get enough B vitamins.
9) Try a supplement for fatigue.
10) Consider Energy Work

do high intensity exercise 3 or 4 times a week. For instance repeat the following 8 times after selecting a good running track (could be a park or a track):

1. run as fast as you can for 30 sec.
2. Jog back to starting point at a very relaxed pace
3. Repeat (1 and 2) 8 times

It should increase your metabolism and help you burn fat long after you have stopped exercising for the day.
