How Do Cranberry Pills Help In Passing A Marijuana Drug Test?

Hi. I have a few very important questions. I -NEED- to pass an upcoming drug test. This is a urine test. The only drug I've done is marijuana. I bought 4200 mg cranberry pills. I also have garlic pills because I've heard that they help too. I've been drinking a lot of water to flush my bladder. Do cranberry and garlic pills work for this purpose? Also, do you have any more helpful tips that could help me out? Please, I'm begging. This is the most important drug test of my life!

They don't work. What does work, of course, is not using marijuana. WIth heavy use there is some risk you won't pass even over a month without using. WIht less than daily heavy use, marijuana gets out of the system by about a week after last use.
