How Cure Tightness In Foot Soles?

The soles of my feet are tight and it feels that plasticine-like lumps have formed on the soles (anywhere from the ball to the heel) that are extremely painful to walk on. They move and fade after 10-20 minutes or some. I am not diabetic, or allergic to anything (that I know of) and am other wise healthy. I am also 15.

It is hard to comment without examining what is wrong with you. If you are a female and are developing sclerema sort of thing on your soles, it would need to be investigated further before further comments can be made. On the other hand, it could be simple cornification of the skin of soles which is normal. Try soft padded shoes (doctor's shoes as it is called or ones containing vissco gel heel padding) and probably you will get relief.
