How Come They Can Transplant Body Parts ?

How come they can transplant an arm, finger , penis, heart , liver , etc. but can not transplant a uterus ?

Given the complex blood vessels that supply the uterus, the dramatic growth it undergoes during a pregnancy, and the possible effects of immunosuppressants on a fetus (people with transplants have to take suppressants), it would not be feasible.
