Hi,

The neck pain along with enlarged lymph nodes may be due to upper respiratory tract infection with streptococcus or infectious mononucleosis or it may be due to pulmonary Koch's or extrapulmonary tuberculosis etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done chest X-ray, CBP, ESR, sputum examination, lymph node biopsy if necessary and montoux test.

Take your reports and consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
