How Can Yeast Infection Persisting For Long Be Treated?
i have finished taking a course of antibiotics and have a very bad yeast infection. I tried over the counter meds and i thought it solved the problem but for only a day. is there a drug that my doctor can prescribe to resolve. I had yeast infections many many years ago and this is by the worst I have ever had..
Since topical treatments have not been effective, oral treatment with a one-time dose of fluconazole 150 mg should be initiated. Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider to get a prescription for Fluconazole.
