How Can Wounds On The Knees And Hands Be Treated?

Hi, 2-3 days back my scooty slipped and i had wound on the side of my right leg thumb, right knee and both hands around elbow. Because of leg injury it is very difficult for me to walk and blisters have appeared in the elbow wound and it causes irritation in the elbow. I am using Enzomac as suggested by the person who did dressing on it. But the ointment is very sticky. Someone suggested to use Soframycin for speedy recovery, which ointment should I use for speedy recovery as i have to go to some other place within 5-6 days.
