General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms are suggestive of acute bronchitis condition. Your further investigations needed in form of spirometry to assess severity of symptoms and management. Your CBC also should be checked. You need to given levosalbutamol and budesonide nebulization for three days along with short term steroid course. Antibiotic course prescribed according to sputum culture. I suggest you to consult pulmonologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
